RARE Real Estate is continuing its expansion across Simcoe County with the opening of a new downtown Barrie office located at 89 Dunlop St. East and the appointment of Robin Lepine as Managing Broker, Simcoe County.  

Since launching in Barrie last year, RARE has seen rapid growth across the region as more entrepreneurial agents look for a modern brokerage model built around flexibility, branding, collaboration, and scale.
