What are RARE's Office Hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All matters related to listings and deals are addressed during these hours. Agents have access to the physical offices at all times. For after-hours access, agents can use the key in the lockbox.

What are the Toronto Office Locations?

Head Office
1701 Avenue Road, Toronto, ON
Head Office serves as the primary location for corporate staff and managing all calls, listings, and deals

Downtown Office
613 King St W, Toronto, ON
This is a satellite workspace accessible to all agents at any time using the key from the lockbox.

How Can I Obtain Business Cards?

RARE provides 250 business cards to new agents. Following this initial batch, agents are responsible for cost of additional cards. Business cards can be ordered through the Operations Manager, Fatema Khatib.

How Do I Order For Sale/For Lease Signs For my Listing?

RARE supplies For Sale and For Lease signs, with agents covering sign installation/removal costs. Requests for signs must be submitted through the RAREcloud™ under the listing.

How Do I Order A Name Hanger For My Sign?

Agents are responsible for purchasing Name Hangers, available to attach under For Sale/For Lease signs. To place an order, contact the Operations Manager, Fatema Khatib.

Does RARE Provide Open House Signs?

RARE offers a limited number of Open House signs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Signs can be requested under the property address in Listings on the RAREcloud™.

How Can A Tenant/Buyer Provide A Deposit For My Listing?

There are multiple ways a deposit can be given:

– Direct deposit at RBC
– Drop the deposit cheque off at RARE Head Office
– After hours, a cheque can be dropped off in the RARE mailbox at 1701 Avenue Rd.
– Wire transfer through the buyer/tenant’s bank

How Can I Obtain A Deposit Receipt?

The office will issue a deposit receipt when the deposit has been received.

If the deposit has been made via direct deposit or wire transfer, please upload the bank receipt under the listing and notify the admin through the chat box on the RAREcloud™.

Once the deposit has been received in the RARE trust account, an office deposit receipt will be uploaded to the listing.

Who Signs My Terminations, Disclosure, Mutual Releases,Etc.?

Documents requiring a manager or Broker of Record’s signature should be addressed to Ryan Rabinovich and sent to [email protected] via electronic signature methods (DocuSign, Authentisign, Digisign etc).

Where Do I Submit My Deal Paperwork?

All FIRM paperwork must be submitted via the RAREcloud™. Conditional deals are not accepted. Only upload documents when deals are 100% firm.

How Can I Reach The Deal Administrator For Questions Or Information?

Utilize the chat box linked to each deal on the RAREcloud™ to communicate with the deal administrator. All questions and comments can be addressed there.

If I Have An Urgent Question For The Deals Administrator, Is There Another Way I Can Reach Them?

How Can I Reach The Front Desk Administrator For Listing Inquiries?

Does The Office Upload Listings For Me On MLS?

All agents have the capability to upload their own listings on MLS. However, agents must submit all paperwork to the RAREcloud™ within 24 hours of listing on MLS.

How Do I Mark A Listing As Cancelled/Terminated?

Agents have access to mark their listings as sold or leased. If an agent wants the office to handle this, they must upload the firm deal on the RAREcloud™ and notify the Admin in the chat.

Agents DO NOT have the ability to mark their listings as terminated or cancelled; this must be done by the office. After the agent uploads the fully executed cancellation or termination paperwork under the listing on the RAREcloud™, they can notify the admin via the chat to cancel or terminate the listing

What Trainings/Meetings Does RARE Offer?

RARE holds weekly meetings, a monthly calendar is shared that outlines the meeting topics and who will be leading each session.
