Adam Stern is a real estate entrepreneur redefining the modern brokerage model. Over 20 years, he has built and scaled tech-forward platforms, overseen $12B+ in sales, and led operations across 16 offices, working directly with many of Canada’s top agents.

Adam launched and exited his first business by 21 and, by 27, became the youngest Manager in Toronto Real Estate Board history, known for pioneering digital-first growth strategies. In 2020, he successfully exited as President and Operating Partner of a leading Toronto brokerage, cementing his reputation as a builder and operator.

As co-founder of RARE Real Estate (2021), Adam has built one of Canada’s fastest-growing brokerages: $4.5B+ in sales, 150+ agents, Amazon Prime’s Luxe Listing Toronto feature, and a New Construction division with 2,500+ units sold and 2,000+ in the 2026 pipeline. Now spearheading RARE’s North American expansion, Adam is using Florida as the strategic launch pad.
